Pinnacle Airlines choses downtown Memphis location for new headquarters, says chief By Associated Press 6:34 AM CDT, October 7, 2010 MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) — Pinnacle Airlines will move its headquarters to downtown Memphis.
The company announced Wednesday that it decided moving to One Commerce Square was its choice over other locations in the area of Memphis International Airport or Olive Branch, Miss.

The Commercial Appeal quoted Pinnacle CEO Phil Trenary, who said the regional airline holding company board approved a letter of intent to negotiate a lease for space on 12 floors of the downtown building.
Local investors are buying the former bank building and Pinnacle will become the anchor tenant.
The company employs more than 600 people in Memphis.
Pinnacle flies over 740 Delta Connection flights daily to 120 airports.
